About

Bringing transparency to the freight industry.

America runs on freight, and freight runs on trust between thousands of professionals who have never met. fleetfax makes the public federal record on any carrier readable in seconds, so that trust is built on facts.

Why we built it

fleetfax exists for three reasons.

01

Make the freight industry more transparent

Everything the federal government records about a carrier is already public: authority, insurance filings, inspections, crashes, enforcement history. But it sits scattered across 29 federal datasets, and piecing it together takes longer than anyone has before a load moves.

fleetfax ingests those records, refreshed daily, and turns any carrier's full history into one report you can read in seconds. The same daily read runs against the carriers in your book, and changes on them land in your account within a day.

02

Make fraud harder to run

Double brokering, stolen identities, and chameleon carriers all work the same way: they count on nobody reading the whole record. Cargo theft alone runs as high as $6.6 billion a year, per the American Transportation Research Institute, and it keeps growing because checking properly is slow and expensive, so checks get skipped.

When the whole record is one free search away, proper due diligence no longer gets skipped.

03

Make real carrier vetting free for everyone

The tools that read this record are priced for enterprises, so public data ends up behind paywalls and the smaller operations that need it most go without. Every fleetfax carrier report is free: the whole record, no trial, no card. A free account covers the rest of the working day. It keeps a book of up to 15 carriers read against the federal record once a day, names what changed, and adds lane search for carriers you have not run yet.
