Vet 200 carriers in one paste
Paste USDOT or MC numbers, or drop in a spreadsheet. Every carrier gets the report's checks, and the ones with problems come first.
200 carriers, worst first. What the federal record shows, how each carrier reads against your policy, its authority and its insurance, on one screen.
Product view with fictional carriers, numbers and contacts.
Your whole list, checked at once
The report's checks, at list scale
Authority, insurance, out-of-service orders, inactive USDOT numbers and the report's risk flags on every carrier. Any row opens the full report.
Your policy on every row
Save your own vetting policy and each carrier shows whether it meets it, and which rule it missed if it does not.
Your file, back with answers
Export a CSV that keeps your columns and adds the results. Each export carries a run code and date.

Bulk vetting, answered
How many carriers can I check?
Up to 200 a day on Pro, in one run or several. If a list is longer than what is left today, the first ones run and the rest are marked not checked and are not counted.
Is it the same as opening each report?
Each carrier gets the report's checks, run on fleetfax's latest read of the federal record. Every row links to the live report when you want the full detail.
What can I paste or upload?
USDOT or MC numbers in any layout: one per line, separated by commas, or copied from a spreadsheet. You can also upload a CSV or Excel file, and its columns come back in the export.
What happens to the carriers that pass?
Add them to your book in one click. Carriers in your book are checked every night, so a change shows on their row.
