What is a proof-of-vetting record?
It opens with fleetfax Pro and is not running yet. When it does: a timestamped record of what you saw and when you saw it, captured as you work — the carrier's public federal record exactly as it stood on the day you checked, exportable as a dated trail of the checks you ran.
